The following Terms & Conditions apply to a yearly rental plan:

• The rental period will be for one school year or 1/2 school year, depending on the kind of instrument rented.

• The signer is responsible for the instrument and its return to MUSICRAFT at the end of the rental period.

• The rental is NONREFUNDABLE except for medical reasons.

• In the event of damage beyond normal wear, MUSICRAFT will keep the instrument in proper playing condition, at no charge to the signer. ALL REPAIRS MUST BE MADE BY MUSICRAFT. In the event of theft, fire, or loss, the instrument will be replaced with one of equal value, as determined by MUSICRAFT, at no charge to the signer.

• One year's rental fee, plus a 30% discount, will be applied to the cash purchase price of a new instrument from MUSICRAFT at any time during the rental period.

• One year's rental credit will be applied to the purchase price on a rental purchase plan.

• In the event the signer moves from the address on the lease, MUSICRAFT must be notified and shall have the right to cancel the agreement and make a refund for the unused portion of the rental period.
